Jane Pearce, the Company Director of Surrey First Aid Training remembers, "The Health and Safety Inspector checked my paperwork thoroughly ensuring all aspects of the training programme were in place from the trainers qualifications, to the course evaluation forms, the whole inspection took 3 hours and was very thorough."
     
After a nervous few months wait, Surrey First Aid Training Ltd was born as one of the UK's first Health and Safety Executive approved first aid training organisations and Jane proudly received her HSE certificate with the number '77-00'. '77' represented the number of licenses that had been granted, and '00' is the year of issue!

Since 2000 we've grown into one of the largest first aid training companies in the South East. We have seen many changes to the industry in this time, including the deregulation of the industry and laws such as the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.  We have seen 1 recession and multiple changes to the actual Resus Guidelines from the European Resuscitation Council and welcomed 6 new trainers to our team.
